Contract research
In a contract research project WMC together with you works on integrating new technologies. As these endeavors can often be subsidized both parties concerned can limit their investments while still reaching a tangeable result like a prototype.
Technology research
In a technology research project WMC investigates new technologies or new insights, relevant to your specific question. Very often this research precedes a contract research project but of course it can be set up as a separate project.
